This is a great whitening system. I drink a lot of coffee and love using this to freshen up my smile. I use this about every other week and I don't have any sensitivity from it. This is easy to use and it works. The only tip I have is don't use a lot of the gel because it doesn't taste the greatest. Also have a paper towel ready because you will drool.
