My opinion-
So I have only been taking Forskolin for a week now but was really excited to share my thoughts. I have decided with this healthy change I will not weigh myself so I don't have numbers for you. With that being said I have noticed my cloths are baggier!
Pros-
Only have to take 1 capsule twice a day with 8 ounces of water so that's a good way of getting more water in for the day. I have noticed my appetite is less and I was a bottomless pit before taking this.
Cons-
The only downfall is remembering to take it 20-30 mins before a meal. It has gotten easier so it just takes some time for a new routine.

                            Tonight I received a different kind of review product it was an ebook. I was super excited because I was able to include my 7 and 3 old sons with this review. This book is geared for 4-8 year olds. My 7 year old was able to read it to us with some help and short enough the kept the attention of my 3 year old. The book was easy to understand and still very informational. The boys loved the pictures and I loved that the author added questions though out the book to help them remember facts. Great read for all.

                                My Review I was lucky to be able to receive this book for free to review. If you get it from amazon you wont be sorry great price and great read! I am a busy mom of 2 and every moment I had to myself I was reading this book. Loved the authors writing style it is easy to read and follow. I would recommend this book to anyone that enjoys reading about love and family struggles.

Let it begin! I am super excited about a new website I signed up with called Tomoson. The website gives people the opportunity to try out products and give their opinions on it. I am super excited to get back to blogging and letting people know about some products I'm trying out.

The first product I applied to try out was the Dr Song Professional Teeth Whitening Kit 44% Carabamide. I would like to begin with I am all about the at home whitening. I do it about once a month so my teeth aren't that bad but I feel they could be whiter.  The kit comes with 8 syringes good for 50 uses, LED blue light accelerator , moldable mouth trays, and a gel applicator brush.

I have used this product 3 times now and have mixed opinions about it. The process is easy you start with molding your teeth trays by dipping them in hot water an inserting them in your mouth. Then take them out and brush on the gel making sure you don't get it on your gums. Insert trays again and LED and wait. This part is what I am not a huge fan of I am used to the strips so it a little uncomfortable to have all this in your mouth. You can keep this in for 15min to 4hours. I did three 15min sessions. I loved the results so far with the stripes you cant really get in between your teeth and with this I noticed a huge difference just after the first time. It leaves you teeth bright and clean feeling like just after a cleaning from the dentist. In conclusion I will continue using this and will purchase more when I am finished with this kit. This kit is available on Amazon.
