BRI Spirulina Review

Product description:
Spirulina is a natural "algae" (cyanbacteria) powder that is incredibly high in protein and nutrients. When harvested correctly from non-contaminated ponds and bodies of water, it is one of the most potent nutrient sources available. It is largely made up of protein and essential amino acids, and I typically recommend it to clients who decide to remain vegetarian for its high natural iron content. It is often touted for its high B-12 content, though there is a lot of debate about if this particular form is a complete and absorbable form of B-12 and I don't recommend it completely in place of animal products.

My Review:
So I have heard of Spirulina (green algae) before but I saw people drinking this and wheat grass is as far as I will go for green juice. I was excited to try a pill form. The pills are green and easy to swallow and 120 come in a bottle which is a 30 day supply. I only take 2 a day with breakfast right now to make sure I don't get any side affects from it. So far its going great and there is no aftertaste that I sometimes get from vitamins. The bottle suggests 4 veggie capsules a day and will start taking 4 next week. This is a superfood so it will increase energy and detox your body. It's 100% natural no fillers or artificial ingredients. I have noticed that I am more alert and can focus easier. I also was in a better mood and didn't know if this was the reason but looked up some reviews and a lot of people said the same thing. This is an easy way to get great benefits from just taking a pill no nasty juice drinking necessary.
