I started taking this 3 weeks ago and have to say its going better then I thought. The bottle says to take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon but the first week I only took 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon just to see how I would react. Everything went great so I started taking 2 each time. Now I have to say I am not weighing myself this year I'm just going by how my cloths fit. I feel my cloths are fitting better but most of all I have energy. You don't get the jittery kind of energy more like the I am going to get some stuff done. Its winter where I am and people along with myself can get cabin fever and it can suck the life out of you but this is helping me. The only I didn't like was it doesn't have a childproof bottle but besides that product is great and will continue using it.
