My experience: I have been taking this for about a month and the results are shocking me.  First I'm 35 and overweight so my knees get sore very easily.  In the past I would start working out and only after a few workouts my knees would start hurting and most cardio would kill to get through.  So then I would quite thinking I should let them heal before working out again well then you know what happens next I don't workout.  I go through cycles of working out and I would like workouts to be a part of my life instead of a phase.  Now I still have some pain but it is nothing compared to before and it doesn't stop me from working out.  I will continue taking this and continue feeling great!
