My Review:
This product comes in 4 boxes and each box has 2 sets supplements. The recommended use is take 1 of each capsule and tablet twice daily with meals. I only take 1 of each with breakfast just to make sure I don't get any side effects. I have been taking this for 2 weeks and so far its going good. I haven't had a problem with this upsetting my stomach which was a concern. This is making me feel more energetic and because of that getting more stuff done instead of feeling bloated on the couch. My mood has also improved because of all the above! I try and eat healthy but could do better so this is a great addition to my vitamin intake.
