These have been great for car rides, lunches (mine and the kids), and to make popsicles. Its made with BPA- free and FDA approved food grade silicone. You can fill these with so many foods I couldn't even start the list. The shape is great because it can fit in a backpack or purse. The caps fit secure and tight.
